Internet-based Tutorial Schedule
Deadline for registration is August 29, 2008!
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
• Filling out the below form only begins the registration process. The process is completed when we receive your $50 registration fee as well as our approval of your application. If we do not receive the $50 registration fee and application within one calendar week of receipt of this electronic registration form, we will drop your student from our list. You will be notified by email when you have passed this deadline and you will need to redo this form. Please note that we do not "hold places" for anyone.
• You can send the check to:
The Cultural Commission
PO Box 1864
Garner, NC 27529
• To register for the tutorial, it is not necessary to make a full or partial tuition payment right now. Registering only requires the $50 registration fee and you may pay the appropriate tutorial fee later....of course if you would like to pay for it now that would be acceptable.
• The registration fee is non-refundable. However, we will refund the registration fee if we are forced to cancel a tutorial due to an insufficient number of students enrolling.
• The registration fee is part of the tuition fee.
• The $50 registration fee is for as many tutorials as you would like for each student.
• The registration fee is per family, so siblings do not pay an additional $50 registration fee.
• We apply a 25% tuition fee discount to the second child signed up from the same family.
• If you would like to pay by credit card, we are able to accommodate. Inquire about this option via email.
- IMPORTANT NOTES: It is our policy and intention to never deny a student the chance to attend one of our enrichment activities due to legitimate financial limitations. For those who cannot afford the suggested registration fee for attendance, our organization will provide full or partial need-based scholarships. Additionally, we will provide a payment plan to those in need. Fees for classes are not tax-deductible.
The Cultural Commission is a non-profit, tax-deductible; IRS approved 501 (c) (3) organization. Any tax-deductible donation that you make will help keep the cost of the enrichment activities at the lowest possible rates.
